This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
To fulfill your order we collect: the photos or artwork you upload; your name, email and phone number; your shipping address; and order details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe — it does not pass through or get stored on our servers.
We use your information only to design, produce, ship and support your order — including sending your proof for approval and updating you on your order. We do not sell your personal information.
We share the minimum needed with the partners that make your order happen: our print and fulfillment provider (to produce and ship your item), Stripe (to process payment) and our email/hosting providers. These partners may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not share your data for third-party advertising.
Your images are used solely to produce your order and prepare your proof. If you want your uploaded photos deleted from our systems after your order is complete, email us and we'll remove them.
We keep order records as long as needed to provide support, handle returns and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@madebypics.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (like keeping items in your cart). We don't use advertising trackers. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
