Welcome to MadeByPics. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
MadeByPics ("we", "us", "our") sells custom, made-to-order products personalized with images you provide. You can reach us any time at info@madebypics.com.
Every item is produced individually based on the photo, artwork or text you upload. Because each product is made specifically for you, it cannot be resold, and this affects your cancellation and refund rights — see our Refund & Return Policy.
When you upload an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights. You keep ownership of your image; you grant us a limited license to reproduce and print it solely to fulfill your order. We may refuse any content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that depicts or exploits minors.
After checkout, our designer prepares a digital proof and emails it to you, usually within 24 hours (never more than 2 business days). You get one free revision before approval. You have 3 days to approve or request your revision. If we cannot reach you after reminders within that window, your design is considered approved and sent to production. Once approved (by you or automatically), the order is final.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include US shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated production and delivery is 5–11 business days after your proof approval, depending on the product. Estimates are not guarantees and may vary.
Screens display color differently, and each product material reproduces color in its own way, so the final item may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Your approved proof is the reference for the finished product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
