For best results submit PNG or JPEG at 1500 × 3000 px or larger, at least 150 DPI (we require at least 1000 × 1000 px). Sharp, well-lit, front-facing photos print beautifully; blurry or dark photos will print blurry and dark.

You have 3 days to approve. No reply after our reminders? Your design is considered approved and goes to production.
Once approved (by you or after the 3-day window), your item goes straight to production. Because it's custom-made just for you, changes, cancellations or refunds aren't possible after approval. A new version requires a new production run at an additional cost.
