1. After checkout, we email you a digital proof of your design — usually within 24 hours.
2. Not quite right? You get 1 free revision before approval.
3. You have 3 days to approve. No reply after our reminders? Your design is considered approved and goes to production.
4. Once approved (by you or after the 3-day window), your item goes straight to production. Because it's custom-made just for you, changes, cancellations or refunds aren't possible after approval — a new version requires a new production run at an additional cost.
