You have 3 days to approve or request your revision. If we don't hear back from you within 3 days (we'll remind you by email and phone), your design is considered approved and goes to production. After that, no changes, refunds or returns are possible, since the item is custom-made just for you.
Yes. You get 1 free revision before approval. After you approve (or after the 3-day window closes), the design is final: a new version requires a new production run at an additional cost.
Submit files in PNG or JPEG, ideally 1500 × 3000 px or larger at 150 DPI+. And it doesn't have to be a photo. Send your own artwork, a drawing or a text design too. Sharp, well-lit images print best; our uploader checks resolution instantly, and if something won't print well we'll email you at no extra charge.
Because every item is custom-made with your photo, we can't accept returns or offer refunds after your proof is approved (including automatic approval after 3 days without a response). Before approval, you're covered: revise the design or cancel for a full refund. And if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Checkout is powered by Stripe, the payment platform trusted by companies like Amazon and Google, with credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Yes! Every product offers three options: keep the original background (free), a clean cutout with no background (free), or a custom color background: just type the color you want and our designer applies it (small fee shown on the product page). You'll see the final result in your proof before anything is printed.
Both work! But for the smoothest experience zooming and dragging your photo into the perfect position, we recommend a desktop or laptop.
